Welcome to an unforgettable journey through the flavors and culture of the Tyrolean cuisine
Willkommen zu einer unvergesslichen Reise zu den Aromen und Kultur der Tiroler Kochkunst!
Join us on a culinary adventure through the Tyrolean cuisine! From hearty delicacies, typical Tyrolean home cooking, to traditional Tyrolean basic products, reinterpreted!
In the "Innsbruck Food Tour" you will get to know and love the culinary side of the Tyrolean capital.
NO - It's not another cheesy tourist tour. Accompanied by a "local", you can enjoy typical and local delicacies and specialties for four hours ("Sweet Tour" 2,5 hours). With a nice walk and lots of meals and tastings, you will be able to experience the beautiful city of Innsbruck in a unique way. The rule is: eating, walking, talking, eating, drinking ... again and again, rain or shine!
We love Tyrolean food and drinks, and we want to share our world-renowned specialties - from sweet to savoury - with you! Become a "Foodie", we will help you!
Why did bread in Tyrol used to be stored on shelves on the walls?
What does the saying “it is pulled like strudel dough” (“Es zieht sich wie Strudelteig”) mean when work never seems to end?
Which rather unusual Tyrolean specialty has Ban Ki-moon, the former secretary general of the United Nations, tasted twice?
There are stories and anecdotes behind almost every meal, and that is precisely what should accompany your culinary journey through Innsbruck. You will be amazed by everything there is to tell.
We look forward to seeing you, having great conversations with you - and of course, fabulous food!
We want to share our love for Tyrolean delicacies with you, allow you to look behind the curtain of Tyrolean cuisine, and thus experience the city in an unforgettable way.
We love what we do
„Love goes through the stomach“ (as we would say in German) and we go through Innsbruck, with much love.
